Chiltern Relocation was approached by local BBC radio producer to share their expert advice on Radio Berkshire this week. The radio show was keen to find out where a new manager for Reading FC would base themselves in the local area. With a generous budget, Sharon Hewitt from Chiltern Relocation, was quizzed as to where the manager would look to move to and what he could expect in terms of housing.
What £35,000 per calendar month rents you
Ten bedrooms, six receptions rooms with lavish entertaining space and 50 acres of countryside was just one of the properties that the new manager could enjoy in the village of Hurst on the outskirts of Reading for his budget, explained Sharon. The lure of being based on the riverside in Sonning or Caversham, where houses boast a £3million budget, was also debated as a prime location for the new manager.
