Having worked in the estate agency business for many years, we appreciated the need for an independent specialist to work on behalf of the purchaser (unlike an estate agent who works for the vendor) to achieve the best possible outcome for the buyer.

As home search specialists, Chiltern Relocation act exclusively for buyers, always striving to find the best property and negotiate the best possible price on our clients’ behalf.

We save our clients both time and money.

No, we are a completely independent award-winning relocation company.

We pride ourselves on our excellent connections with a wide-range of local and national estate agents. This means Chiltern Relocation is at the forefront of estate agents minds – making us the first phone call when a new property becomes available.

We offer impartial advice and only represent your interests.

For a typical home finding search we charge an upfront retainer and we are then 100% committed to your search for the next six months. We will only sign-up one client per price bracket per area to avoid any conflict of interest. Upon exchange we charge a fixed percentage of the home purchase – however normally our fees will be less than the amount we save you during negotiations – thereby saving you money.

Estate agents and private sellers know that we represent genuine ‘hot’ buyers. This means that we invariably receive advance notice of many properties before they reach the open market and before they are openly advertised. This puts our clients in the enviable position of being able to secure the best property before anyone else even gets to hear about it.

To enhance our local connections we attend regular networking events where we meet local solicitors, surveyors, architects, estate agents and financial advisors. This is an opportunity for us to find out in advance about property coming to the market (eg: possible probate houses) thereby enabling us to get our clients a first viewing.

Yes. We search for a wide selection of rental options ranging from two bedroom town centre apartments for employee relocations right through to £15,000 per month executive home rentals. We deal with many family home rentals and understand the priorities involved such as the home falling within the required school catchment area and finding out if school places are available. We understand the essential requirements for families such as access to excellent social amenities and commuting options.
We usually search for properties valuing over £500,000. We cover all types of property from country houses, farmhouses, cottages, family homes or buy-to-let investment properties. Whatever type of property we are looking for, our sole criteria is that it meets our clients requirements and is the most desirable property within our clients’ price range.

Being based in Beaconsfield we are in the enviable position of being able to source property from Buckinghamshire, Berkshire, Hertfordshire and Oxfordshire. Our in depth knowledge of the four counties means that we can search and secure properties from a two bedroom apartment in Reading to a family home in a village location with excellent schooling to a large country house in the Chilterns.

We are often contacted by clients overseas who require our help in relocating to the UK. We source not only suitable properties but also school places if needed. We then pre-view the options and discuss the choices via Skype. On many occasions we have selected a home and schools for clients without them even setting foot in the UK. When they arrive we hand over the keys and an information pack about the area and help them settle in.
We search successfully for properties all year round. If you are interested in moving please do call us now on 01494 672086 and we can discuss your requirements and time line. We then arrange a free no obligation meeting where we can fully understand your needs and take the next steps to finding your perfect home.
