I have to tell you that, when my wife initially told me how much the relocation process was going to cost, I was somewhat of a sceptic. Well........... I am not normally very good at eating humble pie but I am afraid I have to do just that. I cannot begin to tell you how thoroughly impressed I have been with you and your company. We would most certainly not be where we are today without you.
We would not have found our lovely house. My offer would have been outbid without your guidance and knowledge. With both my wife and I having sales backgrounds, I would have tried to offer less than we did and, as we later found out, there would have been three other higher offers and we would have lost out. I would have no gas or electricity and I would have the government on my tail for council tax.
I had no conception that I would ever be a stranger in my own country but that is precisely where I find myself today. After 15 years in the US, things in the UK are not the same as when we left. We may as well have moved to India as our prior knowledge of the UK seems to be of little value now.
