How It Works

Chiltern Relocation is an award winning independent property search consultancy and is priced more competitively than the larger corporate buying agencies.

Chiltern Relocation is highly skilled at negotiation and is often able to save the cost of the fees within the negotiation.

Home Finder Service

Step One:
Chiltern Relocation offers a free, no obligation initial consultation. This can be either in person – we travel to meet you - or you are welcome to meet at our Beaconsfield office. Or we arrange a video call at a time to suit you.
Step Two:
Clients pay a one-off registration fee of £2000 + VAT to secure Chiltern Relocation’s services as your buying agent.
Step Three:
Clients pay 1.5% percent of the purchase price + VAT, payable on exchange of contracts.

The minimum charge when you have purchased a property assisted by Chiltern Relocation is £15,000 + VAT.

Instruction period – six months (26 weeks)

Home Rental Search

Step One:
Chiltern Relocation offers a free, no obligation initial consultation. We arrange a video call at a time to suit you.
Step Two:
Clients pay a one-off registration fee of £1000 + VAT to secure Chiltern Relocation’s services as your rental search agent.
Step Three:
Clients pay the equivalent of one month’s rent + VAT on move in.

Minimum charge when you have rented a property assisted by Chiltern Relocation £2500 + VAT

Instruction period – six months (26 weeks)
