Chiltern Relocation had a great year in 2024 and we always like to take a moment to reflect on the past year when making plans for the upcoming year. Here is a little recap of some of our favourite features from the year.

The Sunday Times Parent Power Guide is a highly respected authority on school rankings across the UK. Their definitive guide to primary and secondary schooling is keenly regarded by parents keen to secure a place at one of the desirable institutions.
The latest Parent Power Guide was published on 9th December 2024 and revealed that Ten grammar schools in Buckinghamshire have been ranked among the top in the region for their ‘academic excellence’ and ‘exceptional’ range of extracurriculars.

The budget has been announced, the USA elections are done, The Bank of England has cut interest rates and the new stamp duty rate increase from 3-5% is due to come into effect in March 2025. These are just some of the socio-economic reasons that are leading investors to consider the buy-to-let market right now.

We wanted to take the opportunity to chat to Sharon and ask her about what she loves about her job and who in fact uses a relocation agent?
