New Lockdown rules and how we are working with the new restrictions.
With new rules in place we are pleased that Chiltern Relocation can continue to operate during the second lockdown. It has been confirmed by the Robert Jenrick Minster for housing has stated that:
- Estate Agents and removal firms can operate
- Renters and home owners will be able to move
- Construction sites to continue
- Tradespeople are permitted to enter homes
All the above need to have necessary Covid measures in place.
Chiltern Relocation has recently been out on a number of Viewing Days with clients keen to move into the area. We take a full brief of the client’s requirements (usually via a skype meet up) and draw up a viewing schedule. On the Viewing Day we visit potential areas to get a feel for different towns and villages.
We take into consideration schooling requirements at each location and look at commute times and social amenities. We then view potential properties that we have either pre-viewed (to avoid time wasting) or shortlisted to match the client’s requirements.
