Men’s Health Week – how living in the Chilterns can boost your health

This week (12-18th June) marks Mens Health Week (MHW), a national NHS initiative designed to give all boys and men access to the information, services and treatment they need to live healthier, longer and more fulfilling lives.

Men are often less forthcoming when it comes to their health so this NHS program offers fantastic advice for men who would like to improve their physical and mental health.

Living in the Chilterns we are very spoilt with amazing countryside on the doorstep and a huge number of activities on offer.
