As mums of grown-up kids, it still doesn’t stop the Chiltern Relocation team thinking about the year being shaped by school terms. We relocate a large number of clients who require school places so finding the right house, the right school, and in the right school catchment is very much part of our daily rhythm.
From our office window we enjoy seeing school children on their way to and from school, under the weight of sports bags or musical instruments. So, despite the fact that our own ‘babies’ are no longer at school we still feel part of the school year!
Chiltern Relocation works closely with families who plan their move in order for their child(ren) to start the new school year in September in addition to those who need an in-year place outside of normal start times.

We are nearing the end of our journey with a London couple who contacted us back in February 2020 keen to move to the area. It has been quite the timeline but we are thrilled that the couple are just about to move into their dream home. Their story started when the pandemic was escalating and they joined us for a Viewing Day to view a combination of rental properties and possible house purchases. During the Viewing Day the couple got an excellent feel for the areas they preferred and a real feel for the type of house that they were looking for.
